…Activist Says Youths Positive Mindset, Gateway To True Direction.

The Executive Director, SAFE AID FOUNDATION (SAF), and the LGA Auditor, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ughelli South Chapter, Dr. Martins Kedienhon has said that the group as part of its two core mandate on Healthcare and Entrepreneurship Development will this month embark on free Entrepreneurship programmes, human development workshop, seminar for youths in Delta State, Nigeria in general.
The media learnt this in a press statement signed by Dr. Martins Kedienhon, the Executive Director, SAFE AID FOUNDATION, which was made available to newsmen in Asaba, Delta State capital by the Chairman, event planning Committee, Mr. Odogu Samson.
The leadership stated that the event will take place on 24th November, 2021 at the Unity Hall of Ughelli South Local Government Council Secretariat with the theme: “Redefining The Leadership Contexts of Youths For Economic Growth; Your Mindset And True Direction”.
The group while calling on youths in Ughelli South Local Government Area and Delta State to key into, attend the program to acquire necessary skills for their development then called on Community, Youths stakeholders and other development partners to support the initiative towards promoting sustainable development in the state.
The press Statement by the foundation reads in parts: ” At the event we will use the avenue to redefine the leadership contexts of the youths towards economic growth and development, and to promote positive mindset and true direction for young people in his locality, Delta State and Nigeria in general”.
“We use this medium to invite the general public to this event. This event is In line with our goal, this program will bring about positive change in the lives of the youths and the people in the locality and the state at Large which will in turn build a stronger and productive Delta that we are all anticipating for”.
“The Guest Speaker of the Day will be Mrs Christine Ejetavwo Aluyi (MNIM, ANIPR), Registrar/Secretary To The Governing Council, College of Education, Warri, Delta State, alongside with ten facilitators that will speak and teach participants in different skills and trades”.
“Safe Aid Foundation (SAF) is a registered Non Profit Organisation established with the aimed to restore hope and smile to humanity. Our group’s mandate are majorly in two core areas namely; Healthcare and Entrepreneurship Development”.
“On HEALTH CARE: We provide free medical care services to the less privillged and very poor homes in the society. These services include Eye care examination and treatment with free eye glasses, general health care services and free medications, free surgeries (depending on available resources)”.
“On Entrepreneurship Development: We organise seminars and workshop for youths and vulnerables (widows and single mothers) in order to make them think right and fend for themselves”.
“Our programs are been carried out in poor and rural communities, gatherings of less privillged people and young people (orphanage homes, NYSC camp) and schools (Primary, Secondary Schools and Tertiary Institutions) where accessing medical care independently is a challenge”.
