By Victor Bieni, Asaba
The Nigeria’s Youngest, Female presidential under the platform of African Democratic Congress (ADC), Joyce Ogochukwu Nsaka has said that she will succeed President Mohammed Buhari against all odds as the Delta born Development expert displayed highest level of enthusiasm that come 2023 she will be Sworn-in as first female Nigeria’s President.
Joyce Ogochukwu Nsaka made this disclosure soon after Sunday Service today being on 5th of June, 2022 while fielding questions from some group of Journalists in Asaba, Delta State capital stated that as the next President of Nigeria, that she will work to unite the country.
The development professional added that, 2023 is a pivotal year in the nation’s history , and will define who we are as citizens of this great country.
She noted further that, “the time has come for Nigerian citizens to make a positive or negative choice, that is, to choose between good or bad. That is citizens to decide whether to continue on a faulty foundation, or be deceived by using a constitution that is completely flawed, a system that encourages division, promote tribal sentiments, bribery and corruption, and that of trial and error”.
According to her, this ugly development has made Nigeria a failed nation, while she called on citizens, electorates to support the emergence of a female president to rebirth a new NIGERIA and prevent the country from total collapse.
In her words: “A female President will nurture Nigeria and watch over her and make her become one to be reckoned with.
The problem Nigeria is experiencing did not just start from Buhari’s tenure. We need to go back to history to address the errors of the past from 1960. The civil war and post civil war”.
“Recall that in 1960 during the nation’s independence we had an anthem, and an anthem describes the identity of a nation. It goes thus.
Nigeria we hail thee!
Our own dear native land,
Though tribes and tongue may differ
In brotherhood we stand!!
Nigerians all, are proud to serve. Our sovereign Motherland!!!”
“Also, Our stand that, our flag shall be a symbol
That truth and justice reign.
In peace or battle honour’d,
And this we count as gain,
To hand on to our children. A banner without stain”.
“Remember also, O God of all creation.
Grant this our one request.
Help us to build a nation. Where no man is oppressed. And so with peace and plenty
Nigeria may be blessed”.
“Please note the word: ‘Motherland’. Several changes were made leading to the civil war, Nigeria has not fully recovered from colonization, the civil war and the military rule. Something drastic needs to done to get Nigeria on the right foundation and part. Nigeria desperately needs the love of a mother”.
“We will understand that from creation, male and female each was created for a purpose. Nigeria cannot be ruled based on religious sentiments , tradition or geographical region, before any of these existed, there was something that united us, the fact that we were first HUMANS”.
“We cannot leave the decision of a party flag-bearer in the hands of some hungry and corrupt delegates who will compromise the good decisions of electing good leaders for good governance. We cannot allow those electorates given opportunity to elect leaders that will promote the emergence of corrupt leaders. That is, those politicians who have contributed in keeping millions of people in bondage”.
Joyce Nsaka stated that as the next president of Nigeria her vision and mission for all Nigerians are to work towards uniting the nation, ensure constant power supply , create an enabling environment for everyone to thrive, attract foreign investors, maximise the nation’s natural resources and ensure that every decision is in the best interest of the vulnerable and underprivileged Citizens.
