Ayovuata Courage Uyoyou, Executive Director, Courageous Girls Women And Children Initiative (CGWCI), has today penned down a thought provoking tribute to mark one year anniversary of the transitioning of her father, a renowned global environmentalist, Ayovuata Ogero Richard on a global peace day as she stated that Ayovuata’s life and death is symbolic, showcasing the Interconnectedness between Peace and Environment health.
CGWCI Boss in a statement today being on Saturday, December 7, 2024 which was made available to some group of Journalists in Asaba, Delta State capital noted that her father’s demise on September 21 slated for “Global Peace Day” was not a coincidence, but a divine arrangement.
You could recall that Late Ayovuata Ogero Richard, Isoko, Delta born renowned Environmentalist and Retired Senior Civil Servant transitioned to glory on September 21, 2023. The daughter, one of his children, Ayovuata Courage Uyoyou in this tribute to pay respect to her father reflects on the beautiful life he lived while on earth as he was committed to the service of humanity.
The tribute written to celebrate Late Ayovuata Ogero Richard by his daughter, Ayovuata Courage Uyoyou which highlights several factors, significance of the Interconnectedness between Peace and Environment health reads in parts: ” Life Dedicated to Peace Through Environmentalism. At the core of Ayovuata Ogero Richard’s work was the pursuit of peace—not just among humans, but between humanity and the environment.
